As the school year comes to a close, you are going to be provided with a few options for a final grade in Tech.  If you are currently working on your Science Fair project using technology (Powerpoint, Word, charts within Excel, Publisher, etc.), that can be submitted for a grade.  As an alternative, you may choose to do a final project using Microsoft Excel.  This project is titled “Ray’s electricity model” and can be found through Techsteps.  I will give you the logon information if you choose this.  Finally, if you choose, you may create a “How to…” presentation about a technology.  This presentation can be created in any number of software or web-based programs.  It need to show the viewer how to use a specific technology we have learned about or discussed this school year.  If you are unsure if your topic is acceptable, please check with me.  Possible ideas include showing how to use some part of the following programs (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, a webquest, etc.)
