TP – Students will use Excel skills to represent and calculate real world data

*You may choose a partner to work with on this project.

  • Download the (Excel multiple projects) file
  • On the first six tabs (world cup survey is the 1st), you have all the data filled in.  Choose what you think is the best way to graphically represent this data.
    • What does the data mean?
    • Why would one graph/chart be better than another?
    • Would you understand this chart if it was presented to you?
  • Make sure to label the name of the graphic representation, the data, and anything else of significance.
    • Think about the title and the tab name
    • What is this graph/chart showing the viewer?
  • All graphic representations should be left on the page on that tab.
  • On tabs 7-9 please follow directions where needed.
    • Remember unit price from math class
    • What math do you need to use in these empty boxes and why?
  • Tab 10 will be a class project.
  • Both group members should save this file with both their names and class number
