As the third marking period draws to a close and Winter Recess nears, many of you have completed your assignments. We will not begin a new project until after the break. If you have completed your work here are some options (if you have another educational idea, please ask):
1. 6th grade – Make sure I have your completed business letter. Make sure you took the quiz. (class 407 – I also need the Excel project)(class 401 – I need your comic)
2. You may go to code.org to complete an hour of code. Go to my 7th grade link and read TP and directions. This will allow you to learn how coding and programming works while also performing a challenging game task.
3. As always you may try to complete assignments for other teachers. This includes research, pictures, word processing, and creating presentations
4. Design a Valentine’s card for a special person. (TP – Students will use previous media skills to design a card). Remember, you can use Word or Publisher. You should use pictures and text. Here are some helpful sites.

5. Go to jason.org and explore the science topics and games that Ms. Fleetwood showed you in science class. TP- Students will explore science topics through an interactive site.
6. Research a poem or song lyrics that you find meaningful or can relate to. Copy and paste these lyrics into a document and save them for our next project after the break.
